Fueled by a love of education and creating meaningful connections, Skye Michiels is a recognized Motivational Speaker, Coach and Leader in the Real Estate industry.
As a Division I athlete at Syracuse University, Skye learned the value of commitment, discipline and a positive mindset when working towards a goal. It is with these values still deeply rooted, that Skye went on to create the popular motivation and accountability group, The 6AMERS. Together the group of over 4,000 agents strive to create more balance in their lives, while achieving both personal and professional goals by starting their day with positivity, motivation and accountability.
Currently, Skye also serves as the National Head Of Agent Development at Compass where he is creating and teaching a national training curriculum across the country.
When Skye is not traveling the country teaching, speaking, and motivating others, you can find him spending time with his kids and their dog, Pickles.
